At Life Your Way, we’re committed to transparency, especially when it comes to how your NDIS funding is used. As part of the 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements, providers offering supports from a centre-based facility are permitted to charge a Centre Capital Cost (CCC)—and we want to explain what that means and how we apply it.
What is the Centre Capital Cost?
The CCC is a small daily fee that supports the cost of maintaining and operating a community-based support centre—like our very own hub, The Launchpad. This cost reflects the capital expenses involved in offering a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment, including:
-
Building maintenance and upgrades
-
Utilities and amenities
-
Furniture, kitchen facilities, and sensory-friendly design
-
Safety, hygiene, and security systems
According to the 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements, the CCC is $2.59 per hour.
How Does Life Your Way Apply the CCC?
At The Launchpad, this fee will only be charged for relevant services that are delivered on-site, such as our group programs and skill-building workshops. It will not apply to supports delivered in the community, in-home, or online.
Our goal is to ensure that every dollar provides value. The CCC allows us to maintain a high-quality space where participants feel welcomed, safe, and supported. We reinvest in the environment to ensure it evolves with the needs of our community.
Why We’re Transparent About It
We know that trust is built through clarity. That’s why the CCC will always be:
-
Clearly listed on your service agreements
-
Included in your booking confirmations and invoices
-
Alligned with NDIS requirements
Still Have Questions?
