We’ll be covering home life basics, including shopping for groceries, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining personal hygiene, all while focusing on practical skills that you can apply in everyday life.
Expect interactive sessions on:
- Meal Planning & Nutritional Basics: Learn how to shop smart, prepare balanced meals, and make food choices that fuel your body and mind.
- Home Life Essentials: From organising your space to handling daily chores, gain the confidence to manage a household with ease.
- Hygiene & Self-Care: Understand the importance of hygiene and self-care routines that boost your health and well-being.
This retreat offers a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and take ownership of your personal development, surrounded by like-minded individuals.

- Meet at: 12.00 noon at Penrith Netball Courts Friday.
- Activity: We’ll head off for two nights learning to be the best versions of ourselves possible.
- Return: Collect from Penrith Netball Courts at 5.00pm Sunday.
