We’re heading to Bathurst for a special Get Connected Retreat that blends connection, independence, fun, and community spirit — capped off with an unforgettable NRL experience as the Penrith Panthers take on the Cronulla Sharks in Bathurst!
This retreat gives participants the chance to enjoy a supportive getaway while building social confidence, daily living skills, and meaningful friendships through shared activities, group time, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
Over the weekend, we’ll enjoy:
- A scenic trip to Bathurst as a group
- Shared meals, games, and time to unwind
- Gentle outdoor activities and connection-based experiences
- A community NRL event with the Panthers game — a highlight of the trip!
- A balanced mix of fun, independence-building, and group bonding
The Panthers match in Bathurst is expected to be a major regional event with an incredible atmosphere — a perfect opportunity for participants to experience a community sporting event in a supported environment.
Event Details:
- Meet at: 10.00 am at The Launchpad.
- Activity: We’ll head off for two nights learning to be the best versions of ourselves possible.
- Return: Collect from The Launchpad at 5.00 pm Sunday.
