Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking with Life Your Way you accept the terms and conditions of engaging with us which also form part of your enrollment process. These are detailed below for you to review.

Cancellations

A cancellation is considered a short notice cancellation if the participant:

  • Does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or
  • Has given less than seven (7) clear days’ notice for a support.

Code of Conduct

Non Face to Face Costs

At Life Your Way, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to our clients during face-to-face interactions and through the essential work we do behind the scenes. Non face-to-face activities play a critical role in ensuring that the services you receive are well-coordinated, personalised, and effective.
