Our expansion is not about becoming the biggest provider. It is about creating more opportunities for participants to access the right supports, in the right environment, with the right people around them.
As we grow, our focus will remain on building strong foundations: quality staff, meaningful programs, safe systems, trusted relationships and spaces that feel connected to real community life.
The Launchpad in Penrith is our first step in creating a more structured home for our programs, but it is also a model for the future. Over time, we plan to expand our reach across Western Sydney into the Blue Mountains and Lithgow, develop additional program pathways, strengthen employment and community partnerships, and create more opportunities for participants to build confidence, independence and connection.
Growth, for us, will always be measured by impact.
